Returns & Refunds

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You MUST contact us via email before returning an item. Returns before approval will not be accepted and any associated costs will be sole responsibility of the customer. 

All full refunds must be requested before the order ships. 

All returns requested after an order's shipping confirmation is created, must be requested with 14 days. The product must be unused, never installed, and show no signs of handling or damage. We will wait to issue your refund until the product is in our hands and we inspect it for wear/use. If we find anything wrong, your refund may be refused and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

All returns requested after the 14 day period are subject to a 50% restocking fee and all orders returned before approval are non-refundable. Shipping costs of returns are responsibility of the customer.

If you have received the wrong parts (in relation to your order) or if the product is deemed defective, Lost In Transition, LLC will issue you a paid shipping label for you to return the item. We may ask for pictures of the part via email depending on the request.

 

If the error is indeed our own, we will absolutely correct it as fast as possible.
